I would love and really need to capability to for Smartsheet to capture responses to emails in the comments. Example if a user sends a document for comments through SmartSheet email as users reply back I would want to see those replies in the comments. Rather than having to log into smart sheet leave a comment and then email it out.

Although we don't have this functionality built into Smartsheet, I'll add your vote for this to our enhancement request list for further consideration.
