Hi -
I just noticed recently that the format in some of my columns changed. The font changed to white and I cannot see what is in the cell. I only see a faint outline of what's in the cell. I selected the entire column(s) and tried to change the font back to black but to no avail. Some of the cells have black font others have white font. The only way I got around it was to color all the cells in that column to grey or black and set the font to white. I'm not sure if this is a bug. There is no conditional formatting applied to the columns in question.
Helene,
Are you sure a collaborator has not changed the colors or applied conditional formatting?
Ben
There is no conditional formatting setting those colors. Even if a contributor changed the columns, I should be able to change them back.
I would suggest contacting support https://www.smartsheet.com/contact
