And ... what about copy/pasting attachment ?

Saving attachment from mails to attach them to an action or whatever in a sheet is boring.

What about alowing Ctrl C / Ctrl V instead of upload?

There isn't a way to copy and paste an attachment in Smartsheet (this is actually true with any browser based application I've seen). We have a process that you can use to submit your feedback directly to our Product team.
