It would be nice to sort comments. For example in google, you can select only comments "For You". I would also like to "resolve" comments like in google so they are hidden once not needed. sorting by active vs. resolved would be nice too. or sorting by another user.
Lots could be done here.
We need the ability to sort the conversation notes from Newest ↓ to Oldest. When projects have heavy communication, it can take quite a few scrolls to get the latest update. Please!
I second this. Being able to resolve comments would be very helpful. It is distracting to have outdated comments visible, especially when working with other external partners. Can you provide an update?
Comments are valuable, but can add a lot of "noise" to a sheet. It would be great to have an icon change to indicate comments that have been read and resolved (similar to Microsoft Office set up). Unread indicator is helpful, but after that - if I need to go back an "do" something with a comment or simply make the requested change and move along, the comment icon looks the same, which requires me to go line by line. Alternative option to "delete" comment just to clear the icon isn't always best option as it can be good to see the (virtual) paper trail for something.
