Is it possible to configure the Hyperlink in Smartsheet to open a local program in my computer like what we do normally in Excell ?

I've found that right now the only options are to link to a URL or another sheet. If you think about it, there have to be permissions set-up to access a shared drive, so hard to do for a web-based application like Smartsheet.
