Has anyone tried to use the submit button on a fillable PDF form to send data into smartsheet? Doens't seem to difficult but could use some guidance.

Thank you for the response. I did look at that plug in which takes data from smartsheet and inserts it into the formletter.
What I want is to fill out a fillable pdf form and click the submit button on it to send the data to smartsheet.

I am curious - would a web form work in this scenario? I am assuming the fill-able pdf is "living" somewhere outside of smartsheet?

Following up on that. I would like to set up similar things. I am trying to deploy a reimbursement system for my office.Once a person submits a form via smartsheet, I need to have a PDF pre-filled with all of the info including the ones that will be linked to other cells.
Once the PDF is prefilled, I will need it to go thru DocuSign for signature. Once the user signs I will need to have smartsheed trigger an alert/change status of the row by "ready for submission".

Once a user fills out a Smartsheet form it is logged into my tracker. From there, I want to extract some fields into a fillable pdf and have the user sign the document. What are your suggestions?
