I created a report that retrieves the Assigned To column field for all of the rows in a project sheet. There are several rows where the same resource name is shown in several rows. How do I filter all of those rows into a list that includes just the unique resource names for all the project rows? Do I need to do some rollup into a higher sheet or report?

Currently, you would need to collect/filter that information on the main sheet or linked to another sheet.
Can you tell me more details on what the process is so that I can maybe get some other ideas and give you some recommendations?

When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
