Hi,
I get an email that An Alert or Action rule has become invalid. What I am trying to do is use the Modified (date) field to send an approval request to someone if anything in the row changes. I think what is happening is that the Approval request is then recording "Approved" in the system generated "Approver Approval" column and triggering itself. Is there a workaround to accomplish what I am trying to do?
I am seeing something very strange in the alerts, it is only allowing me to 'notify someone' and the only option is the modified by or owner fields; in the past I have always used 'assigned to' field so that the person who is assigned a task get an email; are you seeing this as well? Thanks, Chris
Hi Roy and Chris,

Have a fantastic week!

Dropdown List columns remain editable. Selecting a new dropdown value and…
