How can we automatically update our columns when it is linked to another columns? I do not want to use copy and paste because I want the range of columns to be unlimited? I am getting update from web forms on my main smartsheet but I want to update that data on my other smartsheet as well? How can I do that?

It depends on the structure of the sheets and what kind of information you want to "link".

Yes I am trying to create work order list and I want to use the data from web form entries made by users on other sheet. which I can do cell link but it will not update my new column. I want to update my work order list automatically on my present sheet when I get new work order from my user/ customer.
Ok. It sound to me that you should use cross-sheet formulas and VLOOKUP or an INDEX/MATCH combo instead if possible.
Would that work?

If I use the Vlookup, I will only get one data. I want to get everything. For example I want to get all names of fruits that matches fruit category in food columns. I tried using vlookup but I only get one entry and that's it.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
