Why couldn't I add business tools? Do we have to buy each? Or do I have to work with my administrator?

We are exploring using Smartsheet as our integrated request tracker. So we receive requests from customers in email and we wanted to built it in Smartsheet. We are still looking at the best tool and route to consider where it is less manual than it is right now.
