I am trying to find out how I can lock all of my documents in a particular sheet that I am sharing. I have a large amount of documents that I want people to be able to locate and read BUT I need to be able to control whether or not they can downlaod these documents. I know if I link the sheet to a document I have in my Box.com account I can lock it. It would be nice to be able to do this within Smartsheet.

The only way anybody can read an attachment is to down load it,
If you creat a folder in Box for your documents and the Creat a column call Documentation and in the cell enter the Hyperlink to the folder then you can use the lock option in Box.
