Show date as day of the week
How can I use this forumla =TEXT(A3, "ddd") ?? This formula calculates the day of the week for the date and returns the abbreviated name of the day of the week (Thu). Every time I try to use this formula, it says "not recognized".
sorting problem
My Smartsheet keeps resetting to a seemingly random sort order each time I save. I've manually resorted the sheet using two criteria (the main column--Author--then another column--Title) but when I save and refresh, the sheet resets again. What can cause this?

How do I make my grid view smartsheet to automatically shade every other row a different color background so it's easier to read?

Is there a way to click on an email address in a smartsheet and have it open up in your email program that you are working with? Ex (microsoft outlook)
Smartsheet on Ipad
My boss got a new Ipad Air and he can't get the Smartsheet site to come up. Is it flash based? I know that Safari doesn't support flash.
deleted sheet
I just started using smart sheets this past week - so I accidently deleted my sheet that I just completed. I didn't receive a warning or anything. Is there a way I can retrieve it. I went to my home tab - looked under the deleted tab - but the sheet wasn't there. Is there a way that I can remove the "x" or at least protect…
I used to be able to control user permissions but don't seem to any more.... what do I do to change
I'm pretty sure that I've done this in the past but for whatever reason I no longer seem to be able to change or do more than look at user permissions. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mary Lou
Not receiving any updates or reports today
Not receiving any updates or reports today. Is there anything wrong? I have automatically scheduled reports to be delivered daily at 10am via email. I have received nothing today. It is almost noon. I also get notifications from smartsheets when they are updated. I have received nothing today which is also unusual.
Rollup report missing rows
Can't figure this one out. Hoping someone can help. I have 6 sheets for various projects we are working on. Losing Data
One of the users of our sheet is randomly losing data he has entered, even after saving it. I went throught the steps given under the FAQ, and that has not helped. Also, his auto-save is set-up through his personal settings, and yet it is not auto-saving. Help!!
