Deleting rows via Smartsheet API 2.0

Default Symbol Labels
I am using standard symbols in a drop down box. They have the default lables 'Yes, No, Hold'. Is there a way to change these default labels within this sheet?
Sort Row is Gray
No matter how many rows I select or what column I try to sort by the sort function in the drop down is gray. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jeff
Formula on data from web form
I'm using a web form for a costume contest to be able to have people sign up. Due to the rules, they must be at least 18 years old to compete. I have a formula to display the person's age based off of the current date, but I want this to auto-populate when they submit from the form. Is there a way to do this?
Lock column in report
How can I lock a column in a report? When I right-click a column in a report, I don't see the "Lock column" option.

Printing Calendar by proper months

tracking incoming jobs & jobs in process
We are looking or a solution for logging in tax & bookkeeping work. What I'd like to do is have a sheet for ALL tax clients. All we'd need to do is log in the client name & type of return. Then The "Steps" would appear. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to do something like this?
