Formula on data from web form
I'm using a web form for a costume contest to be able to have people sign up. Due to the rules, they must be at least 18 years old to compete. I have a formula to display the person's age based off of the current date, but I want this to auto-populate when they submit from the form. Is there a way to do this?

Are you trying to show the applicant or the planner? If you are trying to populate the spreadsheet, you can have the formula use A3=[cellA1 (today's date) - A2 DOB) = #of days in between). Then you have a if/then cell. "A3 is negative, mark as cleared for purchase" "A3 is positive, purchase declined.".
You could also use the picture in line feature. That way the purchaser has to snap a picture of themselves allowing you to identify those on your guest list.

Hi Gregg, if the formula exists in two rows above or below where the new form entry is added, the formula will be automatically copied down due to the auto fill functionality: http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1641473-auto-filling-formulas-and-formatting
