Creating a customer Work Order form.
Good day! We are looking to change our current system of work orders (creating it manually on a hard copy) to doing it via Smartsheet. There doesn't appear to be a template already in existence. Different unit price over a period of time - for the same product

Exporting whole spreadsheet including gantt into excel
Is it possible to export the whole spreadsheet including the gantt chart into excel? When ive tried to export it to excel previously it only gives me the option to export the actions and not the timeline/gantt chart section. Is this possible?
If and checkbox
I have used th IF equation and the checkbox and I want it to copy a value from another cell when the checkbox is checked. Until here I am ok. However I want it to apply the number "0" (zero) when the check box is unchecked. can anybody help me please? Thank you.

Feature Request - 2 way live data connector
Sure would like to be able to update the status of items in my sheet from the information stored in my companies DBs. I know it's not supported now. Just want to put it out there with my vote for implementation. In my case, we would like an ODBC connection 2-way.
