Feature Request - 2 way live data connector

Sure would like to be able to update the status of items in my sheet from the information stored in my companies DBs. I know it's not supported now. Just want to put it out there with my vote for implementation.
In my case, we would like an ODBC connection 2-way.

Is there any movement on this? We would like to push data from Sql to Smartsheets? Currently, we run Sql queries and copy and paste the data to Smartsheets. This is time consuming and we are limited to copying only 500 rows at a time.
