Card view - collapse empty lanes automatically
Happy Monday! Is there any way to automatically collapse empty lanes in the card view? I like to show tasks in card view by owner, but we have a lot of possible owners which means scrolling to see all of the lanes when the task list is really concentrated on a few people at a time.
Reports and master sheet relationship
Hello, If the reports are linked to the master sheet and any changes to the master sheet will automatically update and show on reports derived from the master, is it also true the other way? In other words, if I delete or add data in a report, will it also reflect on the master sheet? Thank you in advance.
Subtract 6 Months from Date in Another Cell
Smartsheet Community, I am trying to subtract 6 months from a date in another cell. What is wrong with my formula? The date from which I want to subtract 6 months is in row 203 in the "Date Completed" column. =DATE([DATE COMPLETED]203), MONTH([DATE COMPLETED]203)-6 Can someone please help? Has the "move to another sheet" functionality changed? In the past, it has always copied the rows to the chosen sheet and deleted them from the source sheet. Empty Reports
Hi I created a report and scheduled it to to be sent every week to a user to see his tasks for the week. I want to stop sending the report if the report is empty for a week because it doesn't make sense to send a report with no tasks to a user. Do you have any thoughts?
Personalize the "Highlight changes" in a sheet
When I choose the "highlight changes" option from the tool bar and I chose a color I noticed that all users can also see the changes highligheted with teh same color. Need the “highlight changes” on a sheet to be personalized so if someone has turned this on this should not appear to other users.

Is there any way in Smartsheet that I can change the resource view to be by month (currently it's by week)?
Parent Task Bar not updating based on conditional formating
I have a conditional format set to turn the task name bold/black and the task bar black if a checkbox is selected. The task bar does not turn black on Parent rows if the checkbox is selected. The task bar will turn black if the checkbox is selected for Children rows. Can this be fixed?
