What formula should I use to count R,Y,G symbols in a column?

Hi Team, Can it be possible to semi automate data refresh using an explicit button. On a sheet rules/functions are written to extract the information from other sheets, I would like to place a button on this sheet with the intention for the user to refresh the page to see the latest information.
