New JIRA tickets don't appear in linked Smartsheet file?
I'm using the JIRA+Smartsheet connector app. I created two sample JIRA tickets and was able to get these tickets to appear in a Smartsheet file. I then created 600 new JIRA tickets and these aren't syncing to the same Smartsheet file even though the same filtering criteria should be met. Can someone help me to troubleshoot?

Is there a limit to the size / quantity of attachments (as part of the email) that can be added to an existing / new row? The email itself always gets forwarded (as new comment) to Smartsheet but attachment(s) seem to be hit or miss (definitely no zip files get added).

I am trying to attache a pdf file that is 1.43 MB. (max file size is 256 MB) I tried with explorer and chrome. The far right hand of the row shows a green circle with a pie sliver which eventually disappears. The end result is no file gets loaded.
