Updating master data periodically
We have a Smartsheet that was created from a master Excel. Rows in this Excel change, and we have a process that creates an Excel with only changed rows, once every 24 hours. What is the best way to merge the changed rows with the master Smartsheet, automatically? Is Data Shuttle a product that can help with this?

How to change the initials of a user?
Hi! I can change the names and e-mail addresses, but the initials are taken always as "first letter first name and first letter surname".
