QR code directing to Smartsheet form intermittently not directing to Smartsheet form

I have created a QR code for folks to scan to access a Smartsheet form to complete. Two out of 17 people who scanned the code received this instead of the form to complete.

Do you have the form set to require users to be logged in?

I don't believe so.. I have my automated permissions set as unrestricted. is there another setting specific to the form?

Yes. There is a specific form setting.

Hi @Brenda Donaldson

It looks like the form is defaulting to opening within the Smartsheet App on their mobile device. If they delete the Smartsheet App then it will default to open within their preferred Browser app instead! 🙂

Or, if they use Smartsheet, they can sign in and use the Smartsheet App to have the Form available for easy-access next time.

Thanks I don't believe either person had ever used Smartsheet or had the App on their phones. Interesting that others who did have the App, did not get this view, they went straight to the form.
