Hyperlinks to Smartsheet Not Working

This morning my hyperlinks in Excel that point to Smartsheet were working and this afternoon they are not. Now it goes to a tab in Chrome that tells me my browser is not supported. My browser is Google Chrome and it is up to date. I am logged in to Smartsheet.

Doesn't work in Word either (but I didn't check that this morning). It does work in Outlook and PowerPoint.

Any ideas? The link it jumps to is:

ETA: the link works in 365 but not in desktop 2016, although it did work this morning. Seems to be just Smartsheet, it is opening other links.

ETA #2: Spent time with my IT department, they have no clue. It will open a link to a form but not to a sheet, dashboard, report. It is only Smartsheet links that are the problem. Other links work fine.

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
