Summary Report Issues
I am trying to create a dashboard from an existing sheet. To get the summary data of the sheet, I am creating a Summary Report but it is only allowing to select system columns (created by, create date, last updated, etc.) not the columns in the actual sheet I want to summarize. Any suggestions?

Use Access
One of my licensed users - cannot open any of the sheets, dashboards, etc. He can log into Smartsheets. When he tries to open any sheets, - message says "error has occurred in Smart Sheets". The rest of the licensed users, and admins can open sheets fine. Why is one person not able to open sheets.

Count Days between dates for open tasks only.
Hi, I have a formula that counts the number of NETDAYs a task has been "aging". However, I am looking for a formula that will only count the days if the task has NOT been completed. In basic language, I need the formula that says count NETDAYS if STATUS at row is "3. Approved / Ready To Issue", or "4. Approved / Completed".

how can I place multiple report wigdets on a dashboard at the same time? can you really only select one report at a time? that also means i have to click through the whole folder hierarchy each time? i hope there is a faster way? thanks for all tips
