One of my licensed users - cannot open any of the sheets, dashboards, etc. He can log into Smartsheets. When he tries to open any sheets, - message says "error has occurred in Smart Sheets". The rest of the licensed users, and admins can open sheets fine. Why is one person not able to open sheets.

Have them sign out, clear their browser's cookies and cache, then sign back in again.
