After having been an advanced business account user for a long period I took a rest from Smartsheet and cancelled my account. Recently, I signed up again as a single Pro user, paying annually in advance, which ought to provide web-based ticketing support. Why canโt I suddenly not edit any sheets in a shared workspace where we both are on a pro plan ?
I am unable to edit several sheets where I am either the owner or have Admin permissions. Both the sheet owner and I are on a Pro Plan, and I have confirmed that I am a licensed user. Where did support go?
So I have no idea what happened but having a business license apparently doesn't allow you to get any support from Smartsheet now? I can only use their broken AI Agent to create tickets that go nowhere? I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago that nobody has looked at or contacted me about and the AI will only allow me to openโฆ
