Is there a way to get a report of all the comments that have been entered a give week for a given user?

There currently isn't a way to make a report based on comments.
When you have a moment, submit your idea and use case directly to our Product team with the Product Enhancement Request form under Quick links on the right of the community site.

I'm sire this will eventually be added, but in the meantime there is a workaround.
The MS Flow connector let's you access row and sheet comments.
I have a flow secduled to run right before status conference calls that extracts the sheet comments from the previous X days and puts them into excel.
For us the excel sheet is what we need, but flow has a ton of output options, including html which can port to most any app.
