Is there an Exact function in Smartsheet?

Hello, I am looking to transfer my excel reporting efforts into smartsheet, but I need the exact function when comparing the updated numbers every week. Any suggestions?

How would you be using it? Typically in Smartsheet you can just use something like

=IF([Column A]@row = [Column B]@row, 1, 0)

I would be running the weekly data to see if anything changed from the week before. So I would be matching it up against the prior weeks numbers to see if it all still matches or if something has changed and it will tell me true if no changes and false if something is different.

Where are the previous week's numbers located? Are you updating the same cell each week, or do you have separate columns?

I have separate columns. I am only making updates to the original column if it comes back as false.

Are you able to provide a screenshot for reference and an explanation of how the sheet is filled out?

Here is the data from excel. I need to put it up against this same column in smartsheet and see if the numbers have changed. Is there a way to do that?
