RYG Formula for Multiple Criteria

I'm out of practice with formulas. Any advice/direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

Requirements:

1. If status = Complete or N/A, then "Green"
2. If status <> Complete or N/A, and finish date is past due, then "Red"
3. If status <> Complete or N/A, and finish date is approaching within 5 days, then "Yellow"
