Time Tracking Template

I am going to be moving warehouse contents from one location to another over an hour away. I only have so many trucks and they can only drive so many hours. I need to track the time progress of each truck's load, travel, and unload, as well as shelving setup times while making sure that I can make adjustments on the fly if a truck runs ahead/behind or if disassembly/assembly of racks goes over/under.

Is there a template available that could serve as a starting point or recommendations on something someone has already built?

Yes, I have. That was the first place I went. Do you have a recommendation on a template that could work? I didnt see anything that looked like it would work for my request.
