How to calculate how many submission received within a week

I am trying to find a formula for how many submission on the intake for we receive within a week. I am already tracking monthly totals but would like to show weekly number in a metrics. Can anyone help me with this?

I have a column that captures when the submission was created and we have several submissions that happen in a day but I can't figure out the formula that will averages how many submissions there are in a week. The weeknumber function is giving me an error.

Can you share the formula you're using for the monthly part?
