URL link in a workflow message with different link text

Hi,

I can send a link in the workflow message using {{link}}. But what I'm looking for is to send a link where the clickable text is different from the link itself. For accessibility, it is painful to listen to a long link that does not make sense.

So, the receiving end, it would as simple as: Roadmap or Dashboard but when the user clicks on the link, it takes it to the actual URL.

How do I make this happen?

No dice. You can't use HTML in a message. I've tried. And cried :)

If it's a static link that you're not going to update that often, you can use a link shortener like bit.ly And include the shortened link instead in your link column.

Thanks! The link is generated from other fields, so I can't shorten it. I'll submit a request. This doesn't meet our accessibility criteria.
