Template for employee time tracking, automated report for clients and accounts, and dashboard

We work on several projects where we have to maintain timesheets for all employees. Is there a template that I can repurpose to enable my employees submit their work hours under different projects and have some kind of weekly and monthly reporting in place for clients and accounts? Some kind of dashboard will be really useful as well.
