Transfer ownership of Workflows

Clarification required :

I have transferred my Workspace to my colleague. The sheets have workflows build for notification which still carry my email id since I was the creator. Can that be fixed and these notifications go out using the new owner email id.

  • There isn't currently a way to transfer ownership of workflows from within the connector. For a small number of workflows, I would suggest rebuilding them would be the quickest way to change the "ownership".

    If you have a large number of workflows, please contact Smartsheet Support and they may be able to assist you. Before you reach out, ensure that the new owner has permission to log into the connector and has created a workflow. They should also at least be an Admin on the target sheets.
