It's good to meet you
Hello, everyone. I'm Nate Hartman and I work for a healthcare company headquartered in St. Louis, MO. My company works with healthcare providers and health systems across the US to optimize performance in value-based care. I'm charged with leading our Population Health Playbook efforts where we codify and productize our solutions for deployment with our clients. We manage and track our solution deployment across markets with the use of Smartsheet, as well as leverage Smartsheet to create our development roadmap and assign daily tasks. I've recently activated an internal Smartsheet user group in our company for teams to come together and share how each uses the tool and discover our inner resources.
