Check Box when other boxes are checked

I need to check a box if 1 or more boxes in a row are checked.

When either of the boxes you see checked in blue are checked, check the star in the OSHA 10 Hour Column same row.

=IF(COUNTIF([Work on Constuction Sites]@row:[Work at project site conducting Testing, installat]@row, 1) > 1, 1)

I actually got it working using Automations.

However, it would be nice to know how to do this. I tried your example above. I did have to tweak the column names some since they changed a little since you saw it last.

Maybe paste your formula here, it would be easier to review than the screenshot.

OK got it to work like you have it. However it needs to be an OR formula somehow. If either are checked. doesn't have to be both.
