Cannot delete attachments on specific row

I have one attachment in one row in my sheet containing 149 rows that has the "Delete File" grayed out for one specific attachment. Does anyone have any ideas how to remove this file?

It's because it's an attachment added to a comment, so you'll have to delete it from the comment.
