Hi - I'm Christie and I've been a Smartsheet user for several years. In my Program/Portfolio management role, I lived in Smartsheet to track all the projects, statuses, assignments, benefits, etc... I sure wish I had know about Control Center at that time!
I've now moved to a full time People Manager role where I have a large team of analysts and actuaries. I'm exploring how we can best use Smartsheet to standardize and manage our interviewing and hiring process - from tracking status thru our success percentages by hiring manager. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
