Counting the number of duplicates in a column
Hi All,
I am looking for a formula that counts the number duplicates within a column, specifically 2nd and 3rd, and so on occurrences.
Currently using: -=IF(COUNTIF([COLUMN]:[COLUMN],[COLUMN]@ROW)<1,1)
But this only identifies if there are any duplicates at all. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

What are you trying to achieve with the IF statement?
If you just want to know how many times that value appears, you can just simplify to:
=COUNTIF([COLUMN]:[COLUMN],[COLUMN]@ROW)
