I use dual monitors and this has worked very well for Smartsheets online with different Chrome Tabs open on the different monitors. Can we do that with the Desktop App?

Great question! I just tested it and I it does not work for me. I can't move the tabs to a different screen, nor can I open the App itself more than once. I'm on a PC.

I also use dual monitors for Smartsheet. I tried everything that I could think of to get the app to display on more than one monitor but was unable to find a workaround. The app's inability to use dual monitors is 100% a deal-breaker for me.
I immediately deleted the app and am sticking with the online version.
I don't feel like "submitting an enhancement request".
For now, I ended up just using the App on one screen (the internal tabs are much nicer). Then have the Web app on another for the secondary screen. Plus, the App does work better then the Web based client when I am on my laptop. But.... The end result needs to have the App be multiple monitor capable.
For folks in this thread, Nik submitted a feature request - feel free to head there and upvote. This feels like the biggest opportunity to enhance the Desktop Application.

I use Outlook with my company. When a tagged email comes in from Smartsheets, I click on the "reply in Smartsheet" and it won't take me to any conversation box. It just opens the page, but not on the line that I need. Why is this happening? I updated this morning. Also, I get an Error message sometimes.
