How do I automate an inform email without sharing the sheet that collects the data?

I am creating a audit to collect data. I want to share the results of the audit via email, it is notifying me that I need to give them access to the sheets. This would have others data and would not want everyone seeing.

    Hi @alecantr

    I hope you're well and safe!

    You can send them an Alert and use the Placeholder feature.

    Or if it's the results for multiple people, you can either publish a report, send it, or use one of the Premium Apps, Dynamic View / WorkApps.
