Due date

Hi,

I have set up an automation to automatically record date when an attachment is added as a "CAP received date" . But if multiple attachments are added the system records the date to the date of the last submitted attachment. Is there a way to lock it to the first date recorded?

    Hi @Vinodini

I hope you're well and safe!

You can add a so-called helper (checkbox) column, a condition to control if it's checked, and another action that checks the box when an attachment is added.

    Make sense?

    Did that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

  • Hi @Andrée Starå

So is the helper column just a regular column and i add a condition to check off when an attachment is added? Will it work if i change my automation from attachment added to record the date if its checked in the helper column?

Thank you so much for helping me with this!!

    Best,
