Is there a way to add subtract hours from a date? (GMT To EST)
We receive timestamps for all our data in GMT time which is 5 hours ahead of EST. I am doing a vlookup from another table to pull in the dates in the 'date received' column. Is there a formula I can use to subtract 5 hours from the time pulled in to display in EST?

I believe there is a Time Zone Conversion solution in here somewhere. If there is not something here that specifically does what you need it to do, I know that you should be able to piece together a couple of the solutions to get what you need (dates moving based on time and adding/subtracting time).

@Paul Newcome I just realized that the date that is being pulled is actually in EST. When it hits Smartsheet, it converts it automatically to UMT which is 5 hours ahead of EST. Is there a way to change the timezone setting in smartsheet itself so it doesn't change the dates?

There are some known issues with that (especially the timestamp options). There is no setting that you can change that would keep it from happening on the back-end. As of right now, the only thing we can do is accommodate with formulas.
