Help with Sheet Summary formulas

I have a master list of projects from various departments, some projects are categorized as Stabilization projects or HRIS projects (for example). How can I create Sheet Summary formulas that do a count per department for specific fields. Example I would want one sheet summary field for Client Services projects that are flagged for stabilization (I am using a checkmark to identify those). Can you assist me in developing such a formula please.

Is it possible to share a screenshot of the sheet (feel free to redact any data) in order to get column names etc. to help write a formula?
