My customer needs answers and this is the first one

Hi Smartsheet Community , a customer of mine with whom I share all the work we complete on their behalf is asking the below question ,

Where can I find the answer to this question below please ?am getting no answers for Smartsheet direct

‘I’m currently reviewing some of the detail in our Business Continuity Strategy document which is used to determine if the Recovery Time Objective (max time for system to be back on line after an interruption) and the Recovery Point Objective (latest point before the interruption that the system data must be recovered to) required by the business for all our key systems is achievable based on the internal capabilities of that system and/or the contractual agreement in place with our provider ?


Help on this would be greatly appreciated
