I am getting error message everytime I try to do a sumifs with has

I am trying to sum the January column, if the PM is Cameron, the committed/spec column is committed. I will need the formula to drag over to summing february, march, april, etc.

What am I doing wrong?! Thank you for any help!!

    @CBalder

    Since you're using this formula inside the column that you're trying to sum, on a row that matches the first criteria in the formula, you can try changing the order of your criteria so that the row you're on is immediately excluded from consideration. Smartsheet formulas work left to right, and when considering criteria, they shrink the potential collection as it moves from one criteria to the next.

    So if your first criteria is where Committed/SPEC equals 'Committed', immediately the row the formula is on is removed from consideration.
