Function for adding +30 days to a date is adding on 30 onto the end of my year ! (solved)

Figured out the completed date column was not set at date, straight after posting. Problem solved!
Hi, we have been using this function below for many year, however I must have accidently hit something and messed it up. It is now adding 30 onto the end. I think it may have happened when I changed the formula to a column formula . Any help would be greatly appreciated !
