if and statement with concat cells

Voyage1

[R4R] - green or red

[Adjusted] - green or yellow

if green and green cell = [MS1]

if green and yellow cell = [MS2]

but the data in MS1 & MS2 are concat from multiple cells in the same row.

the formula says the argument is wrong.

Does anyone know if possible?
