Smartsheet adjusting date when used in a Formula?

Hi all,

I have an issue with Smartsheet, whereby the created date seems to change when used in a formula.

Both the submitter and sheet owner are using the same timezone so I cannot see why this causes an error.

I have illustrated this by using the left column to = the createdby column in the same row and you can see that it changes the date. This is creating issues in my matching formulas as the date it is trying to match to isn't correct.

If anyone can help that would be great!

Have you gone to your user preferences and checked what time zone you are set to? I have seen strange issues where it didn’t match where I actually was.

I have also seen this when not using a column formula. Have your tired this?
