Share your Process Power and consider answering the following questions:

  • Is your power something you intuited or something you learned?
    • Leadership is a power I have developed over time. Understanding how something needs to get done and taking the steps to do it are learned behaviors not inherit skill sets. Practice, reflection, and repetition are key for mastering any skill.
  • Describe a time when you utilized your power and Smartsheet to succeed at work?
    • There are so many opportunities to lead project using smartsheet. The primary example I can think of is how we've transformed course development processes by bringing greater visibility to the process in smartsheet by using dashboards and reports to highlight the need to know information.
  • Fill in the blank: I feel most in my power when I _______.
    • am able to lead a team to work through a problem to a solution.
