Transfer Ownership Request - No Longer Valid
We are transitioning ownership of files from a specific-user account (my account) to a pmosmartsheet admin account.
- Added pmosmartsheet admin user as an admin to workspace / file
- Selected Make Owner in pmosmartsheet admin user permission drop down
- Received message the email was sent
- Received ownership transfer email in pmosmartsheet admin user inbox
- Clicked link to accept the ownership transfer
- Received message, "Workspace ownership request invalid - This workspace ownership request is no longer valid." NOTE: The same thing happens for a file.
Any tips / suggestions to troubleshoot this issue?

@Deborah Stoneman Ideally what you are trying to achieve should work on its own. I suggest opening a ticket with Smartsheet support https://help.smartsheet.com/contact if the error doesn't get resolved.
